Sports Partnership Hereford and Worcester used distributed Excel worksheets, Word documents, email and print-outs to collate their information on sport activities across all the 8 local authorities in the county.
On average, each of the authorities plan 500 sport activities and they were faced with a huge headache each year as they compiled and collaborated on their sports plan, all while attempting to keep the whole county under a strict budget.
We built a tool that enables administrators at the Sports Partnership and Sports Development Officers within the local authorities to propose and plan projects via a central application and communicate necessary information to each other.
The system allows them to record details of participants and their participation in the activities they're registered which form the basis of periodical reports extracts for UK Sport's governing body.
