We successfully combined over twenty individual hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism career road maps into a single diagram.
Our solution mapped out over one hundred jobs, across seventeen different career types. Jobs near the extremeties were junior jobs, moving through seniority to general manager/owner jobs in the middle.
Our revolutionary pathway and skills-matching software showed how individuals could travel between jobs and suggested how they could put their talents to use in another environment.
